Anchor Plate with Weld Nut 1/2 - 13 NC. This is the weld on plate used for seat belt mounting and other items. This has the sheet metal removed and is ready to be used. Threads have been cleaned.  These are the nut plates that have been removed from the shoulder belt location on Blazers and Second Row on Suburban. These are factory and design for use with Square Body Belts. Use at your own discretion. These plates are used in multiple other locations on these vehicles. This is a perfect source of anchoring point if you only have lap belts and want to add the shoulder belt option.
