Closure, Steering Column Metal Closure Factory Color 21 (Light Blue Metallic). This is a factory painted lower column closure. It is a lighter blue with metallic. Unfortunately we’re not certain on year range of this color. This one was removed from a 1987 Model. There are a few cosmetic flaws, which are pictured. Item is in very good usable patina condition.
