Closure, Steering Column Plastic Closure 1981 - 1991 Part# 14023008. This is a factory plastic lower column closure used from 1981 - 1991. This is a used item In very good condition. These are used so there might be some very small cosmetic flaws. On ours  you will not find the screw holes to be distorted or cracked. There is three different variations of this closure. Please verify you’re buying the proper closure for the year and instrument bezel that you are using. This is the correct one for 81 through 91.
