This is the dually fender attachment bracket. This isn’t found on all fenders. Not sure what dictates if the flare uses it or not. Picture of flare location is shown.
These are sold individually. Item is used OEM that has been cleaned and any rust chemically removed. Item pictured might not be item shipped. Item shipped will be in same condition as item pictured.
