Plug, Burgundy Seat Belt Bolt Access Hole Plug (Cap) Part# 1731168. This is an OEM seat belt bolt closure cap. Cap is molded Burgundy. Other colors available. These are used on front belts. There is two different colors of Red / Burgundy from 1981-1991. Burgundy is used up till 1984-1991. Burgundy is the left hand one in the picture shown.
