This is the pivot assembly that holds the small rod used to attach the pull knob for your door locks and the main transition rod on a 4 door. This is sold individually. It does take two per door. We do offer assemblies on website also. Pivot sent might not be item shipped. Will be in same condition. Pivot will come with rod attachment clips. Part# 14039775
