Pull, Kick Panel Vent Pull Part# 466717. This is the pull that is used to open the fresh air vent on non-AC Square Body Kick Panel. This part can be used on the left or the right hand side. This is the second design and is found On Square bodies from the mid 70s to 1991. First design would’ve used a metal rod. Item that is pictured might not be item that is shipped.
